Pacific Daylight Time
This evening I’m heading West, a sojourn to my hometown. Much as I love Montreal, the place can be stifling after extended sittings, so I eagerly welcome the trip to Vancouver, in all its green, mountainous and beach-littered glory. The meteorologists will tell you the Pacific Northwest summer is North America’s little secret: perpetually sunny and comfortably warm but neither too hot nor too humid. But lest I be considered the braggart, or that guy who obsesses about weather (who, me?) I’ll shush.
Here in Quebec it’s the start of the ‘construction holiday.’ Likewise, it’ll be a bit of a blogging holiday at Attaboy. Expect slim pickings for the next while as I attempt to avoid all things electronic.
Enjoy the summer.
