Watching the campy classic Planet

Watching the campy classic Planet of the Apes the other night reminded me that Charlton Heston brought forth one of the best-ever lines in cinematic history.

One hopes that the writers behind the forthcoming remake (which does look promising) will have the sense to preserve those eloquent words:

“Get your stinking paws off me, you damned, dirty ape!”
