“Tale of road bump on information highway” is the all too familiar, but nevertheless tragically comic, story of the Personal Hell known as ‘tech support.’ A little too familiar actually. I just tried to accomplish a relatively simple task with my ISP (Hell Canada) the other day and encountered the usual lava pits and smoking cauldrons. More to come.
