The Butterfly Effect, in FEED

The Butterfly Effect, in FEED Magazine, features a discussion with "information-design" experts, including the controversial web-usability guru, Jakob Nielson.

For anyone who's read and enjoyed The Design of Everyday Things, this discussion is a good read.

For anyone that hasn't read the book, read the discussion and then run out and get the book, by Donald A. Norman, an eye-opening look at what's wrong with the tools we use. The cover is a shiny teapot with a handle on the same side as the spout. Seems funny at first until you realize how spot-on accurate all of Norman's criticisms and ideas are.
