“Ray Fenwick makes things, most of them involve lettering.”

Halifax-based artist Ray Fenwick draws letters by hand, and has some marvelous designs for newspapers, posters and t-shirts. His work can also be seen on Flickr.

I’m also enjoying the art of Kevin Cornell at Bearskinrug. Cornell’s work is alternately gorgeous and silly — his comics express emotion in the simplest line drawings while his watercolours are eerily moody.

I only really read it for Canucks coverage, but even still it’s nice that The Vancouver Sun finally redesigned its hideously awful website to look like it was designed this century.
