Waste Not

Who knew that terrorism could prevent recycling?

And yet as of today, New York City will no longer recycle glass and plastic in an effort to cut back on a US $5 billion budget shortfall — a shortfall born of September 11.

The city that would throw it all away already has nowhere to put its trash. NYC currently pays other states to fill their landfills with Gotham garbage.
