This one reads like a story from The Onion. New York Mets catcher Mike Piazza said to the world yesterday, “I’m not gay,” thus in the process ensuring that more people than ever before will discuss his sexual orientation now and in the foreseeable future.

In other headlines this morning, President George W. Bush issued a declaration that he is “real smart, honest,” while in Canada, the governments of Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut issued a joint press release stating, “It is not as cold as you might think up here.”
