My father is a journalist, and the probably the easiest thing I ever learned from him and from meeting his colleagues was that journalists didn’t go to journalism school. James Lileks agrees, and while he’s at it, takes on the newspaper medium and what it might be worth in an age of blogs. Good reading for the media-inclined.
