Greetings. It's been a few days since I posted, but I've been frolicking on the West coast since last Saturday — without my G4 in front of me. Fortunately, it's one of those dark, grey, damp coastal days that makes you want to curl up in front of the warm glow of your computer.

Still, it means I haven't had a chance to try Audion 2.0. For my fellow Mac users out there unaware, Audion is an MP3/CD player, and now will make MP3s for you too. It's small, simple, and there are just oodles of "skins" to make it look nice too. I especially like it because the company that makes it, Panic, responds to e-mail personally and immediately. In an age of "Thank you for calling..." and "We appreciate your concern. An agent will get back to you...," Panic is a breath of fresh air. Rather a little company that could, they were interviewed in Ranger, a slick little magazine worth looking at if you haven't before.
