Do you ever stand up and see the world changing before your eyes? Yugoslavia's parliament has been stormed and set ablaze by a popular uprising. Slobodan Milosevic's regime is crumbling amid reports that even state-run media are declaring their support for opposition leader Vojislav Kostunica. Kostunica, who by most accounts, though not all, won the recent election, has declared the sitting of a new parliament.
